Can I book via email, telephone, or text message?We are sorry, but we only receive booking via our website.
I want to change my booking details, Could you make the change for me?For any change in your booking details, please do it by yourself. Depending on the change, you may need to cancel your actual booking and book again. Please contact us if you are not sure about changing your booking details.
When I booked, I was told that the room fee would be charged to my credit card when I check out. Why have I received a message which is that the room fee charge has been confirmed?
When I booked, I was told that the room fee would be charged to my credit card when I check out. Why have I received a message which is that the room fee charge has been confirmed?When you book, the payment system holds the amount of your booking fee from your credit card. This is a guarantee to assure that the fee can be charged later. The payment system charges the booking fee to your credit card on your check-out date. From the moment you book, the payment system checks your credit card availability by the time you check-out and sends you a message ; the payment has been successfully confirmed.
If you have any doubt about this matter, please contact your credit card company or your bank for further information.
I used a credit card to book, but I want to pay by cash when I check-in. Is it possible?In order to book in our hotel, a valid credit card is required. If you want to pay by cash or use another credit card when you check-in, please send us an email. In that case, we cancel your online payment after you check-in for sure.
Can I send my luggage before check-in?Yes, you can send your luggage before Check-in, but following these rules.
Not following all the rules may result in not be possible for us to receive your package.
～Rules when you send packages or luggage to our hotel～
1- Please pay the delivery fee in advance. (We cannot pay any luggage delivery fee instead of you.)
2- Please send the luggage under your reservation name. (We need to identify whose luggage it is)
3- Please inform us when exactly your luggage will be delivered to our hotel.
4- Please take care about your luggage size. Tell us the size. We cannot keep very big luggage because our storing space is reduced.
5- If you are planning to send more than one luggage, please tell us first so that we can check if we have room for it.
Can I receive a package while I stay in the hotel?Yes. Please make sure the package is under your name (reservation name) and the package will be delivered before you check-out. We cannot accept packages after you check-out.
My flight is very late. Can I check-in late at night?Yes, you can check-in late, but passing midnight (24:00), you need to tell us in advance. If you are coming later than your plan, please send us an email to inform us.
How can I get from Kansai International Airport to Hotel Kinki?You can take a train or a limousine bus from Kansai International Airport to Umeda Area in Osaka.

Is there any transfer service from Kansai International Airport to Hotel Kinki?We don’t have transfer service from the airport to our hotel. Please take a train or a limousine bus to Umeda area.
Can I take a taxi from the limousine bus stop to the hotel? And how much it costs?Yes, you can take a taxi from the limousine bus stop to our hotel. Depending on taxi companies, time, and day, the cost may be around 1,000 yen.
I want to book a restaurant. Could you book the restaurant for me?Basically, we ask to all guest to be here, at our hotel reception to make the restaurant booking. This is because the restaurant asks us many questions that we cannot answer instead of the guest.
Sometimes some restaurants ask to book through a hotel if the guest lives overseas, only in that case, we will book for the guest after confirming the detailed information and letting the guest know the cancellation policy of the restaurant.
